Vela Packaging provides custom jewelry packaging including rigid boxes, leather pouches, branded shopping bags, and custom logo stamping. All packaging is manufactured to order based on client-approved specifications.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing is based on specifications, materials, quantities, and customization requirements provided at the time of the quote.
• Changes to specifications after a quote has been accepted may result in revised pricing.

4. Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities vary by product type. Typical minimums are 300–500 units for jewelry boxes and leather pouches, and 500–1,000 units for branded shopping bags. Sample orders are available prior to production commitment.

5. Sampling and Approval

• Pre-production samples are available upon request, typically delivered within 2–3 weeks.
• Production begins only after written sample approval from the client.
• Sample costs may apply and are typically credited against the production order.

6. Production and Delivery

• Production timelines are typically 3–5 weeks after sample approval, depending on order complexity and quantity.
• Total lead time from initial inquiry to delivery is approximately 6–10 weeks.
• We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to most international destinations. Shipping terms are confirmed in the quote.
• Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

7. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are agreed upon in writing before production begins.
• A deposit is typically required before production commences, with the balance due prior to shipment.
• Payment is accepted via bank transfer.

8. Quality Assurance

Every order undergoes 1:1 quality inspection before shipment. If you receive products that do not match the approved sample specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any quality concerns, which may include replacement or credit at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

• Client logos, brand marks, and designs remain the intellectual property of the client.
• By submitting artwork for production, the client confirms they have the right to use and reproduce the submitted materials.
• All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Vela Packaging and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vela Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific order in question.

11. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate business inquiries. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this site but do not guarantee that all content is current or error-free. Product images may differ from actual products due to screen calibration and photography.
